New Year, New Resolve

Surviving and Thriving in the New Year

Let’s do more than survive, let’s thrive

Happy New Year Rockstars! If we’re reading this right now then somehow we have all survived 2020. At least I hope we all did that, and that we were able to not just survive, but also find ways to thrive and to find our strength and build resilience. Maybe we also baked bread, binge-watched ridiculous TV shows, or helped kids with homework more than ever before.

Are New Year’s resolutions still relevant?

So here we are, at the beginning of another year and for many of us it will be a time to assess what’s been happening and how we want to move forward. I wonder if the classic “New Year’s Resolution” has run its course? Maybe–but probably not for everyone. There’s nothing wrong with using a turn of the year to motivate change. Health and fitness is hopefully just part of everyday life, but if it hasn’t been there for you enough the good news is you can restart and reset any time. Every day is truly a new beginning. When we wake up we can decide to be the same person we were yesterday (and often that’s a good thing) just as easily as we can decide to try something new. So my hope for you this year is that you can preserve and reinforce all the good things about you, AND take on new positive things as well. There’s no reason to wait–there’s nothing stopping you from making that decision any time. Why not now?

Still here to help like always

I’m here to help just like I was last year. What’s new from my world are some fresh, no-nonsense, highly effective programs that will take your health and fitness to another level. Starting with a 7 Day Reset, leveling up to 28 Day Transformation with more to come after that. For those of you who may be a little hesitant about being more active, stay tuned because I’m working on a series of introductory lessons for anyone who wants to start home fitness programs without worrying about the costs of expensive home gym equipment or risks of training at home.

A variety of helpful options

So welcome to 2021! If you want to give yourself a boost, start here with my 7 Day Reset program. Who doesn’t need a reset sometimes, right? For those of you who are ready to jump into some fun fitness classes, try one of my weekly classes from Circuit Training to Yoga to Zumba. There’s something for everyone, from strength to recovery. If you want some detailed attention or more intensive personalized training, try one of my personal training packages or schedule a free assessment.
