Depending on your location or other specific circumstances, single sessions may be the best choice for you.

In a single session, I will design a program specifically for you to do on your own. I may design a beginning workout for you to start with in order to develop a healthy habit, or help you learn new exercises in order to spice up your current workout routine.

Most clients purchase this package to begin working with me. Not too short, not too long, but just right, this 10-session package gives you the chance to commit to learning a healthy, well-executed routine. We get the perfect amount of time to get to know one another and work on proper form and technique. Most people move onto the 20-session package after they have completed their first set of 10. Who doesn’t love to save money while they are getting healthy?!
