What’s up Rockstars! I’m super excited to announce that my Group Fitness schedule is now online and ready for you to choose from 5 different class types offered 6 days a week! From high intensity Interval Training to replenishing Foam Roller and Stretching, there’s always a class to fit your goals and needs. All classes are a friendly price of $10 per class. Scheduling, payment and joining the class is a breeze with my Calendly, Stripe and Zoom integrations. Click the link below for the full array of fun, innovative, and diverse classes.
